Description
My first released map, feedback is appreciated. I think it turned out ok. My test subjects needed some time to solve it so I guess it's fairly challenging. Good luck and have fun!

I'm playing custom maps and record my first time of playing them. So the run is not perfect and may not use only intended ways, but maybe it can let you see how other people may understand the map or you could just enjoy someone playing this map for entertainment.
Anyways, here is the recording:

nice to see someone solve it, maybe not entirely in the intended way, but that's the fun of portal huh? ..

Indeed it is
very clever map. It felt really satisfying to figure it out.
Visually though it wasn't very good. textures were scattered all over the place and not one of them aligned. But the important thins is we had fun
We played v1.1b. There was one serious visual glitch - every time we picked up the cube, it disappeared for the player holding it, and the portal gun wasn't making the cube-holding sound or showing the cube-holding electric arcs. Also, in the corner of the far room, if the corner was at the extreme edge of your FOV, you could see the arms behind the panels instead of the panels.
While we enjoyed figuring out the solution, we found it rather repetitive. Of course, we may have missed something. The fact that we play with controllers and can't do the flying pointy-shooty stuff meant that the player doing the fling across the room wasn't using his own portals to do it.
The rooms are way too big, except the laser room, which was too small. The overall look was drab, and the faithplate was backwards. And we already mentioned the invisible cube.
The puzzle part would get this a 4, but the visual shortcomings drag it down to a 3 for us.
But, we really enjoyed solving the puzzle. Good job!
I have never experienced the cube thing, not sure if I can do anything about it. The panel arms thing I've seen but not consistently which again makes it hard to fix.
I think the visual aspects of the map comes from my lack of experience, future maps should be better.
Thanks for playing!

Version Changes
v1.1b
-Additional texture improvements
-Fixed indicator lights for the light bridge
v1.1
-Changed the functionality of the second door, it should now stay open after a player has made it to the laser room
-Changed the mechanics for getting back into the laser room, it's now an elevator instead of a funnel
-Fixed exploit, the funnel is now in horizontal direction, and two of the buttons activating it have been removed
-Fixed exploit, you should no longer be able to throw the cube out of the spawning area
-Fixed exploit, the light bridge emitter has been placed behind a grating, you should no longer be able to stand on it
-Fixed bug, the platforms rising from the slime when activating the catapult should now, when inactive, not prevent drowning
-Fixed bug, you should now be able to jump out of the cube hole in the laser room
-Minor texture improvements
I still need to improve my textures.
Good luck and have fun!
