I found 1 missing texture.

Missing Texture

Great map with fun puzzles. The reinterpretation of the reveal from Portal was refreshing and the BTS areas were very well made, if a little visually bland at times. The lighting seemed very bright and same-y, especially in the grimey parts that was very dark in Portal.

Overall a great play!

Thanks for the quick review!

I think that missing texture is a remnant from when I switched texture packs. Maybe I'll fix it if any other bugs arise. Not sure, hammer doesn't seem to like my map too much, and crashes often while I'm working on it.

When I got to the BTS areas I was starting to get low on time and was moving quickly, as you can probably tell, so the lighting is not as good as it potentially could be. Anothe factor was that at that point the average compile time was up to around 5 minutes, meaning that I had to wait a while if I wanted to see a minor change in the lighting. Maybe I should invest in the cordon tool...

Anyway hopefully I won't be on a deadline for the sequel, which will be full-on replacement textures

Great map! You made me kill my friend for nothing!

Nice map, however, in the first part with the rotating platform, I was not sure how to do what I was supposed to do...
I found the secret ending but was unable to find the un-secret ending, probably I didn't search too hard.
And yeah, the missing texture appeared to me as well.

Mek: The not-secret ending is going up to the sleeping pod, pressing "use", and you go to sleep in it. Given how the room is textured, I think it's supposed to be that you go to sleep until Portal 2? Or something.

About that,
explanation
the texturing of the room is a teaser for my next map, Ad Infinitum, which is already in the works and uses those textures which are part of Colossals "confinement" texture pack. Any resemblance to portal 2 is merely on his side, I'm just using the textures.
The bed was meant to be more obvious to get into, I added signs that pointed to cake in it, but apparently that wasn't enough. Anyway, I couldn't really think of an ending.

Extremely polished and thorough, feels like an abridged version of P1. I didn't get how to take the official ending either.
