Portal 2 (Singleplayer)
Finished singleplayer maps and campaigns for Portal 2.
Wheatley's easy chamber
This is my "not so hard chamber." I'm beginner at hammer. Simple chamber with simple puzzle! Please rate and comment!
Box Fling
A large-sized map divided into two main sections which interconnect. This took a lot of effort to make and tweak. Please comment and rate! Rick Chambers Demo
Have you ever wondered what it would be like, if it were Rick running aperture? No? Well are you now? No? Well i did. I have built a map, sort of around an adventure style of gameplay, yet still involving Portals and Portal elements. Note, that this is not, actually a difficult, or long, chamber. It is just a test, to see how a facility, run by Rick, would look like. I know, that moving laser emitters is not a good idea, but it is needed for the map style. Please post some "Adventury" test element ideas, for possible new maps with this concept.
Laser Danger
It might not be as pretty as other maps (this is my first map ever in Hammer, after all), but I think it's a nice brain teaser. I hope you have fun playing it! Edit: Fixed a small exploit. Thanks to Ruien for finding it out!
Faith Plate Test Concept
Sorry about double-posting. I have no idea how to delete a previously posted map in another category, or move the previously posted map in a different category. The thumbnail was taken a long time ago. It's really outdated; I got too lazy to get another picture. Video Preview: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQ6dEYGSrWg This is just a simple concept using link_portal_door entities to have multiple chambers be revolving around a simple faith plate in the "main hub" to get to the exit.
(SP) The Cube
V 1.0 - First release, mostly for testing and feedback. Still needs some lighting work. V 2.0 - Added some visual cues and clues due to feedback. Included is msleeper's arrival/departure instance
think with portals
single player map,i hope i made it difficult. not worked with hammer a long time just 4 weeks, so i was more concentrating on the puzzle and not the beauty of the map. hope you like it and hope you can solve it, i tested it and it's all possible. soo have fun greeting ricardo
[SP] One in the Chamber
One in the Chamber is a single player map built specifically for the ThinkingWithPortals.com Summer Mapping Initiative. The name "One in the Chamber" refers to the amount of cubes available to complete the chamber. The map is built with the Destroyed Aperture theme in mind, and contains two puzzle rooms, as well as an introductory corridor. The difficulty level has been kept low to medium, to allow players a challenge without wanting to pound there fist into their monitors. All mappers feel free to rifle through the .vmf for fog/lighting settings, and the likes, as well as to learn how I put the level together. filename: sp_1_inthechamber.bsp Screenshot: http://interlopers.net/titan/sp_1_inthechamber0003.jpg KrispyTheKorn aka, IZaNaGI Update: Re-uploaded with missing readme file. Update 2: Fixed an issue allowing players to complete the final room in an unintended fashion. Added "info_placement_helper" entity's to some white surfaces as per player feedback. Replaced an errant "cool" light instance with a "warm" instance. Update 3: Fixed "black" textured surfaces so that they are no longer portalable (if that's even a word ... which it isn't).
Marcem's Laserbox and Funnel
A pretty simple test chamber dealing with laserboxes and an excursion funnel. V2 fixes the elevator videos and makes the map end on the elevator. V3 fixes a few things, also expands the chamber, but not the puzzle. http://steamcommunity.com/id/marcem/scr ... tab=public
Bridges to a New Tomorrow
Four test chambers focused on hard light bridges and the different ways they can be used. I currently have all four test chambers playable and detailed, so the map is more or less done! Thanks to all of you who helped. Go download version 08 now and enjoy 20-30 minutes of fun portalling. Enjoy!
