What? Where is this used?

So, I was browsing some files in pak01_dir.vpk, and in this directory: root\materials\models\props_face_movie\wet_floor_sign, theres a file called "wet_floor_sign.vtf". Now this file doesn't have a .vmt, and it doesn't have a .mdl in the pak01_dir. So where does this appear, if it does? And is this even used in the game?

It doesn't have a model and is one of the very few unused resources in Portal 1.

It's possible that may have been the first ever reference to an upcoming portal 2.
after all, portal 2's logo is literally just a wet floor sign rotated 90 degrees and the stick man moved to intersect with the floor.

I have seen a model for this texture online somewhere. So if you look you might find it.

I think it might actually come from this sign

take a look at portal 2's logo. the portal is not an oval, just a line. at best, the stickman came from this sign which in turn is rotated from a wet floor sign. i'll post a vid later maybe.

I'm pretty sure I saw this texture/model in Blue Portals. I could be wrong, though.
