I clicked the link. You lied. It's PTI. Not a map. But anyways, you need to go to the WIP section and click "upload a file." It's just that simple.

About it not being a map... Um, whatever. I think that PTI is just a lesser tool for making maps, but in any case how do I get the file from Steam so I can download it?

For a PTI map, you don't. Look at the bottom of the Upload page on TwP.

I also heard that they made a PTI mod called hammer... I might use it because someone refused to make a PTI mod item that lets me shoot a portal on the moon!!
