I got bored tonight and decided to look at Half-Life 2's Hammer to check out the differences, seeing as I've only used Portal 2's. After some errors with SourceSDK, I tried launching Hammer from HL2's bin file. When I did, it started, but it was frozen and wouldn't do anything, and then Comodo popped up a ton of alerts, saying that Hammer was trying to modify Windows registry keys. Is this normal, or is my hammer messed up with something I should get rid of?

I also posted this in the HL2 Steam community discussions because I want an answer to this ASAP. Things like this get me extremely paranoid and I'd like to stop jittering in my chair... Thanks.
