And is there a lower level?
Also what could be done to lower it if there is a lower level?

Warning level 1 means that you've received one warning in the past.
So yeah; there's a lower level: 0 warnings
So yeah; there's a lower level: 0 warnings
There's nothing we can do to lower that level, because you simply got a warning.
It's nothing to worry about though! You got warned; and never did the same thing again, so that's good!
