Since i have been doing this hospitality course at tech i've learned a lot of new techniques for different foods. So on the very first day of the Easter holidays. I decided to make some pancakes for breakfast for my families breakfast just like i usually do but this time i tried mixing the egg in with the suger before adding it into the rest of the mixture; and now the pancakes do NOT stick to the pan when you try to flip them the first time!
I just HAD to tell everyone in my family about this and they were so shocked and how it makes such a big difference. So now i would like to share my recipe with you lot
This recipe was original my cousins, but since he gave it to me i've been modifying it making it better and better for my likings
