and i haven't had an irc client installed since like the mid 90s. :-/ not since ICQ came out
Even after posting it I might go back and change a few things, dunno.
That's why I don't hang out on IRC. It's...awkward.

Which is different from taking five minutes to write a forum post?
(Total time: 30 seconds, while watching TV.)

because (aside from the fact that he told us) noone would KNOW it took him 5 minutes, on irc it would be quite obvious that he was a blabbering moron when it comes to communicating, ie: he probly rethinks what he thought a bunch of times.
here you can type it a bunch of times. hit preview. rethink it. retype it. hit preview again, then post it.. THEN once you read it on the actual post and relize you wrote something retarded (atleast in your mind) you can hit edit and turbo edit it again
like hamster its not a typing speed issue. i type 70wpm+ on a bad day. but once i hit "submit" i can always go back and undo/change/make it like it never happened by hitting edit. once you hit "enter" on irc. your word becomes stone.
I'd be more than happy to use steam chat with you, the TWP group chat... but no one uses it so i don't even bother. I don't want to have to install YET another 3rd party program when I already have two perfectly good chat programs installed ie msn and steam... oh and theres always the forum, why not put a shout box up?
Never mind I figured it out.....
