ACTUALLY NOT TRUE
All you need to do to get Chell to work, go into GCF grab her materials, export them as TGA, BMP, or JPG.
Then put them back to VTF, for some reason this works because VTF Edit makes them older Format, weird but it works.
Then you put the textures in the default places such as CSTRIKE/Materials/Models/Player, same directory as in Portal GCF.
Then you Grab, lets say the Terrorist Leet and take his Rigging and Bones and add them to the chell model, it may take a few tries.
Now you rename CHELL.MDL to the T_Leet.mdl or whatever that ones name is. Leave everything else in the proper directory it would be in Portal, but instead of portal it would be in Cstrike.
Ive done stuff like this A LOT. One major issue with Modding CSS is the Consistency and other stupid shit that blocks you out from Servers...
