Yeah, Youtube people are a little slow. Youtube attracts lots of stupid people due to it's popularity. It's not nerdy enough to scare the stupid away.
It kind of reminds me of when you get an email from one of your parents or older relatives and it has some stupid picture or internet fad in it that happened 10-15 years ago. "This is just so funny!", the email reads. You open the message and it's the squirrel standing on it's hind-legs, exposing it's furry testicles.
