I don't want to sleep in a Portal map though
you have no choice.
I filmed myself doing the level 01:

Pretty neat...I was thinking of doing this the other day but I realized that I map too slow and a lot of time I spend in chat/forums while mapping in little bursts.
If I see how fast you map... I mean, when taking the acceleration in mind, it's still fast. You just keep going on and on, like you know exactly what to do. I often goof around a long while, trying to figure out what I should create next.

When I did that room, I realized that I forgot to make the Floater training room, So I made the quick decision not to use floaters.
YOU CHEAT!
Still great vid
BTW, where's that music from? It sounds a bit like SimCity...
Level 02 will be like level 01 of Logic Portals, it will train to some kind of "No Initial Velocity Fling". Then level 03 will lead to a puzzle, not a training level. I've got some issues with the scenario.
The main scenario is:
GLaMS-DOS and GLaDOS have been developed in parallel within Aperture Science, with the same focus: Lead test subjects into evalutation. But GLaMS-DOS have been developed by the Microsoft Branch of Aperture Science, and so GLaDOS and GLaMS-DOS became rivals in nature, and have very different personnalities.
The game takes place years before the Portal Storms, when the facility was filled with scientists and test subjects.
But The scenario doesn't seem to please.
You using 3ds Max? That's what I use as my modeling program of choice.
taco: same here
