NVIDIA PhysX Particle Fluid Demo
I found this awesome video on wegame.com showing a tech demo of the PhysX Particles.
Wouldn't ya love to have that in HL2:EP3?

Not to mention it doesn't look anything like water or behave anything like it.
True, edit the parameters more, and get a sexy ass shader for them and BAM, as close are you can get to a real Water system.
