YouTube Videos with Custom Maps

Hello. I have been screwing around with Fraps (I recently bought it) and decided to start recording walkthroughs of custom maps. I've only been doing some easy maps, but I'll get into the more advanced maps soon.

NOTE: If any authors of any of these Maps would like me to remove the video, please contact me via PM. I'll remove the video immediately upon request.

Also, play through the map first before watching these videos, it's more fun that way, if you are absolutely stuck, keep trying. Only when your keyboard hits the wall in frustration should you watch these videos

Nice man, but I don't think you should do walkthroughs of the easier maps. You should do it of the harder ones that people are definitely having problems with. Such as, Shmitzchamber. But I realise youre doing that. ;D

Ah so that's how you do the lost chamber

I was pissing about with the two boxes, got stuck under the lift twice and gave up

that lift really needs to go back up if it can't go down

Anyway, nice vids dude, keep em up

Nice vids.

I for one have no problems with people making videos of my maps. In fact I feel complimented that you took your time making it.

Goldsun, what are you using to compress the Fraps movies before you upload them to youtube? I need a good proggie that does this. Thanks!

I'm currently in the process of doing a fraps of shmitzchamber, once I can finish Sneaky in a faster amount of time I'll make recording attempts and post them around.

Id love if you could do some videos of the stations maps, I have been having trouble getting smooth playback when I try.

Thanks, BlackSphinx. That got me past the part where I was stuck. Trying to do the rest of the map on my own, but I'll go back to your vid if I get stymied again. Cheers!
