Portals on moving surface using point_clientcommand ???

I remember seeing somewhere we could now make moving surfaces portalable (totally a legit verb) by inputting a command directly in hammer using point_clientcommand.

My problem is I can't remember for the LIFE OF ME what command I was supposed to input in point_clientcommand or where I read this.

Was I dreaming or something?

"In order to allow portals to remain on moving surfaces set the "sv_allow_mobile_portals" console variable to 1. Use a point_servercommand to do this. Be sure to set it back to zero when you no longer need portals to remain on moving surfaces."

And it works!
