The Founder's Duck (Off-Topic Stupidity)
Lot of changes recently, huh? I'm trying to catch up on some of the new SDK 2013 stuff and the site transfer and all those good things.
Also...uh...

Today is a good day to be vanSulli.
So lucky...
I had the chance to try one of those for a minute just a few days ago and they are awesome.
But VR is a total gimmick. Just like 3D and motion control. And Mac gaming. And gaming laptops.
And giant-ass phones. And videos on Instagram. And Postal III.

Gimmick or not, I'd like to at least try it once. It could be fun. If I don't like it, back to a regular monitor, keyboard and mouse for me!
Unrelated note:
I'm officially almost completely moved out of my house now, meaning that I SHOULD be online a bit more often. Can't wait to talk you all again soon!

Play Amnesia with it
There are existing horror games for it, though. Haven't had the time or the guts to try them/it yet.
Example:
SimCity releases a Red Cross DLC that contributes 80% of the proceeds directly to the organization.
Everybody rages.
SimCity releases [something]. Everybody rages.
EA solves world hunger. Everybody rages. (this one didn't actually happen, but seriously. whaddup)
Borderlands 2 comes out with some new free character skins. Everybody rages.

Guys, we need to talk about how shitty gamers are.Example:

EA is everything that is wrong with the games industry.
some notable examples are in this great open letter to them:

Let's remember that people petitioned for the ending to Mass Effect 3 to be changed, and some were willing to pay for it to happen I believe. It's a ridiculous idea that we deserve a great game just given to us, and to get angry at the creators is stupid. Don't like it, don't play it.
TL;DR People have a right to their own opinion, and entitled gamers ruin it for everyone.
P.S The sped up voice thing sounds horrible.

Extra Credits is a pretty well-established game review channel. I've actually met one of the guys who started it and he said the reason for the sped up voice is that the first episode was for a project at school, and they had to fit it into a certain time limit - it was just over, so they sped it up a little to fit it in. When they started making more episodes, it just sort of stuck.
That being said I generally agree with their opinions, but it is important to remember that they are opinions. And when they say we, they usually mean their audience - other people who agree with their opinions, and a group which is fairly sizeable. If you watch some of their other videos, they have some really interesting analyses of video game tropes, mechanics, fundamental elements, etc.
Also EA sux.
