I would say Fake and Gabe, but its mostly just Gabe; the picture is actually fairly old (allegedly 3+ years according to the internet) and was posted by the moderator of the forum where it surfaced under a sock puppet account; like his other leaks, this one is based in truth but uses old information to distort what's going on (see: 900p Xbox).

Random topic: This. Let's talk a little bit about PUNT. I was really excited about this mod, and I still am, but it makes me sad that you guys - mostly reep - are getting problems with it. I know, some problems are caused by VALVe's broken stuff, but I really wish I could see this ready - or, at least, updated. I also know you guys are too busy with Portal: Alive and Kicking, and I'm really happy for you on Greenlight (OF COURSE, I voted. How couldn't I?), so I guess it's just a matter of time for you to get back to PUNT.

So, what good (or not) news do you guys have about PUNT and AAK?

For other users, when I say "you" I mean "rHetorical" personal.

Anyway, how are you going on with Steam? Have they already contacted you, are you already preparing the things to put your game available or nothing yet?

Just took a random topic, but I don't want to let this community die - or, at least, keep itself almost dead.

Not sure how much we're supposed to talk about with AAK and Steam and stuff. We did discover we had some limits because of being a free game, though. But besides that it's crawling along, as usual.

I suspect the forum's inactivity is a vicious cycle - as people post less, people see less reason to come around, and aren't there to continue posting, which feeds back into itself ad infinitum.

Well, for A&K, we're basically just grinding at it. I think there might be a bit of a media blackout until we get closer to release (which won't be too intolerably long).
