Im not sure if this is the end, but i go through a few rooms, and enter the door with a "Manufacturing" sign, and it fades to black, and shows "Cant find landmark".

I think this is a teleport error, but im not sure. Is this the end of the map? If not, try using world portals.

Anyway i am a huge fan of BTS maps, and i hate that there are so few being released. From what i have seen so far, well done.

How can I play this map? I copied the .vpk file into the map container, like usual, but I can't open it. Never had a .vpk file yet, is there something different?

Installing the sp_simulacra.vpk

1)Create a folder in 'Portal 2\portal 2' and name it addons.
2)Unzip from archive sp_simulacra.vpk file and place it inside the addons folder.
3)Type in the console: map sp_simulacra and press enter.

Thanks, I just didn't know that I have to restart the game, as I didn't have to with the .bsp maps.

Thank you for playing Simulacra. Puzzles and tasks of the map might seem difficult but they can be easily solved if you do not rush...

I really enjoyed this map. Some unique ideas and something new and different to do in each progressing room. I can see how others wouldn't like this, as it's style and gameplay is a bit different compared to most other maps. But I believe variety like this is nice to have.

To the guys above me talking about the 2 rows of turrets at the end: I threw the companion cubes to knock over the closest turrets to myself and they all fell over like dominoes.

I gave up on this one. With each test I solved, my desire to continue decreased until it vanished. No rating.
