This is my fourth map. I kindof just threw this one together in a couple days, so it is much simpler then my previous map that had new concepts and such. This is a basic map, but the puzzles still range from medium to hard. When you get to the faith plate, make sure you only shoot the panel from the indicated side, and make sure you look straight at where you want to go, or else it will be inaccurate. Also the exit elevators do work.

Enjoy.

Please let me know what you thought of the map in the "View Topic" section.

Play instructions: Unzip the map from the archive and place in your Steam/steamapps/common/portal 2/portal2/maps folder. Both players have to downloaded the map. Start a normal co-op game and whoever is hosting (the Blue Robot) type in "changelevel mp_coop_mentalbreakdown" in the console (which is activated by the ` key under ESC.

Thanks to my testers : 54, Karmatoe, and RockeTek

P.S. I like watching the videos of my maps.

v1.1 - added some placement helpers
v1.2 - Made last room work better

Really quite liked it. The second chamber is one of the hardest puzzles I've ever seen. There were some problems with it though, the cube dispenser seems to be bugged. My partner pressed the button when the cube was still there, it fizzled the cube but never spawned another one, so we had to restart the level for that. In addition, the surfaces next to the button you put the cube on are too small and/or too close together, my partner putting a portal in the correct place next to mine overwrote mine.

Video of the (somewhat edited down) playthrough:

Glad you all liked my map. Just watched the video and I was surprised how you solved the second puzzle, that wasn't the way I intended, but was still a very clever way of doing it, so I am not complaining. Those "X's" that are above the faith plate are trying to tell you not to shoot a portal from that direction, but somehow you solved the puzzle anyway, even though it launched you too high.

Got negatively impressed by this one, primarily because of the lack of indicators which made it difficult to read\predict the consequences to our moves. Take the first chamber: no indication about the door not needing sustained lasers plus solution by haphazard maneuver, it looks confusing when you're there prima facie even if it might sound so outside the box on paper.

Things become more open and logical later on, yet elements pop up more like following a moveset than discernible paths. Amateur looks getting more prominent as functionality gave room for expanses wasn't exactly a boost, but such gameplay issues were the most pressing to us.

Excellent map myself and my pal had a REAL swell time, however while I'm down for bending the laws of physics, relying a glitch such as magic floating cubes to solve the seeming simple first chamber was a mistake. despite this fact,we THOROUGHLY enjoyed the remainder of this map and look forward to the next exciting installment.

This is actually something I figured out after I published the map. The two intended ways of solving this map was to either, have the two cubes stacked with the laser pointing behind the next receiver, then one person holds a cube through the second receiver (as low as possible), then the other person puts one cube on the ground under the high laser, then jumps on top of that box, holds the last box above their head, and then jumps up and hits the laser into the last receiver. Or you could be good at throwing cubes and throw the cube into the high laser.
But, glad you liked the map.

I'm playing custom maps and record my first time of playing them. So the run is not perfect and may not use only intended ways, but maybe it can let you see how other people may understand the map or you could just enjoy someone playing this map for entertainment.
Anyways, here is the recording:
