hi the portal 1 single player forum was locked so i have to put this here
has anyone else found radios in new places in portal 1?
i have not seen portal 1 update and i have not downloaded anything that modified single player

Google it and see if anyone else found it (which I can assure you is a high possibility).

I think he's talking about the achievement in Portal called Transmission received.

If you are referring to that achievement, well I would recommed that you try to find them all before watching any solution video... It's sooo funny to find the radios, get them (a bit difficult for some of them), and carry them on to their place! Then if you can't get them all, watch the solution video. Are you maybe referring to Portal2? because you mentioned "update" (recent?) and "single player"... Portal is ONLY a single player campaign, and there are no recent updates as far as I know...

Did you only download it recently/not complete single player yet? The new radios don't appear until you complete the game. It confused me too at first when I downloaded it while it was free. You'll be able to see a light on every radio, including the one in the relaxation vault, so it should be fairly easy to tell if it's been activated yet.
