My girlfriend was working on something pretty much exactly like that. Except two weeks ago. I told her she should have kept working on it, as now somebody has beaten her to the punch.
Oh well. Your wife's version is pretty amazing as well.

Loving the fact the heavy weapons girl still has hair! Well though out.
Wonder how long it'll be until we see these as game models, would be pretty cool.
