Everyone here can do with a 50% healthy/tasty and easy meal.

Here is a meal i make 1-3 times weekly, VERY nice and quickly made Chili Bean Nachoe's that can be made in 10 minutes at maximum.

Chili Bean Nachos Recipe
Serves 1 large meal or 2 snacks

Ingredients:
1 can of Chili Beans
Corn chips (Mexican corn chips / Sancho corn chips)
Cheese
Sour Cream (optional)
Master Foods Chili grounds Hot (optional)

Instructions:
Turn the oven on grill, 180 degrees Celsius until hot.
Spread the Mexican corn chips on a plate leaving a hole in the middle.
Grate up plenty of Cheese and spread it on top of the Mexican Corn Chips excluding the hole in the middle of the plate.
Sprinkle the Chili Grounds over the Cheese lightly for this will make the Mexican Corn Chips very spicy. (Optional)
Place the plate in the oven for 2 minutes to melt the Cheese.
Place the Chili Beans in a microwave dish and place in the microwave for 2 minutes; stir the Chili Beans and return in Microwave for a further 1 minute.
Pour the Chili Beans over the Mexican Corn Chips and top with Sour Cream

Serve and enjoy.

I make my nachos in the microwave without the beans. Basically take equal parts of mozzarella and cheddar (and monteray jack if I have) and do a layer of chips on a plate, then cheeze, then some dried rosemary and then some cayenne pepper and just keep layering it until the desired amount is reached. Microwave for 1:30 (minutes:seconds) and serve with sour cream (I prefer the fake stuff, but it really doesn't matter that much.) Also very good with salsa and guacamole

Fake nachoes HAH!.

Anything can taste good if it has a variety of different heated foods... such as pot boiled eggs and pan fried bacon = nice.

Pan fried ban sounds like something us moderators would like to be serving.
