Block a Door with Cube?!

Is it possible to block testchamber_doors with cubes?

I only found a Topic from 2007...

I think not, but try. If not working, make the door in old way. From brushes, triggers and models :thumbup:

Cubes actually just get stuck inside the door (they do not block them). To get around this problem Valve had some doors that had logic which pushed cubes and the player out when it was closing.

This works with any physics object - cameras, chairs, etc. Also, there's a lot of glitches such as unexpected speed boosts when jumping on these objects. I think in a couple of the coop maps the objects are fizzled when the door is stuck.

you can actually glitch through a door with a stuck cube... just found this out.

Finally, that was the best Way^^
I created my own Door-Instance, nearly as comfortable as the prop_testchamber_door :thumbup:

But I still have one problem...
If a reflectiv cube is "lasered" before the door is going to close, it does not block!
If the reflectiv cube is already blocking the door, before turn a laser on the cube, its still blocks...

I hope you know what I meant^^
