(The aim is go get over the second wall, through the fizzler)
(I'm using the developer textures still and I know not everyone downloaded my non-portal-able wall dev texture so I changed it to the metal wall - no comments about the textures please!)
I think a slightly higher ceiling in the middle part would help make it a bit easier, although this is probably not necessary.

It was easier to do though with the bounce in the 2nd room instead; got it first try. Or bouncing to the top of the 1st wall, then setting up a bounce to the top of the 2nd. . . But I checked something; your real problem is that if you try the bounce and you DO miss, you are stuck in the middle area with both portals on the floor and no way back to try again. You need to design in a way back to the 1st area from the middle (but not let them take advantage of it to go to the middle without a fling).
Fix that, and you've got a winner, IMO.
I hadn't inteded to have this as a bounce, but seeing as it is posible both ways and neither is really an exploit I'll add in something to get back. I'll also look at the ceiling height now
1: portal on wall
2: portal under feet
3: fall back into second portal (standard fling)
4: while flying, shoot a portal somewhere just before where you intend on landing, this will be your exit portal (this is in the second partition, over the first wall, i put just on the other side of the wall)
5: just after placing that portal but before landing, place a portal on the ground where you think you are going to land, and crouch. (this portal ended up being pretty close to the wall)
You can pull this off in your test map if you try to fall into your floor portal directly downwards. What you'll get is a flingbounce (some term i think i might have just made up) where you enter the first portal at some angle closer to the horizontal, and come out of the second portal at that same angle and speed to fly even further, kind of like skipping a stone across water.

my process goes like this:
1) rough out ideas on paper
2) build elements in hammer one by one, testing each bit as it goes along
3) only using the developer textures assemble the whole level
4) iron out any bugs change the portal gun from 2 portals to 1 portal ( I used the 2 pgun whilst testing on early levels then limited it after i was satisfied)
5) repeat for 5-6 maps
6) get those maps tested by guys here
7) get feedback and tweak accordingly
8) move on to the next 5-6 maps
Then once I've got all the maps roughed out like this I will go back and 'beutify' them.
1) clean up brushwork
2) add textures
3) add decals signs and other props
4) add lights
5) sent to be tested again
6) optimize with areaportals, hint bushes....
7) record trailer and publish
8) send to be previewed by TWP previewers
9) iron out any last bugs
10) release
portal 1 on the wall.
portal 2 on the ground
while falling, place new portal 1 on the ground.
Fall into portal 2
Air strafe on the the median.
Portal one next to the fizzler wall.
portal 2 next to the median.
Jump into portal 2, air strafe over the fizzler.

Hmmm, maybe Chell flipped that "noclip" switch on the Portal Gun while in mid-flight?
