Every phpBB has that ability. I'm not sure you can disable it for users. It's on the registration page too. But the site is in EST, so the default time is in EST.

i downloaded the skyrim hd texture pack and now when i load my saves or start a new game it crashes :thumbdown: :thumbdown: :thumbdown: :thumbdown:
