I remember that game 
But the announcer is just being "Y U NO drive better" and says this in terms like "pathetic".
Glados has stories for you, remember the deer? And she makes fun out of you: remember the surprise? She's never really offensive to you but she does make fun out of you, quite a difference.
Bottom line: that game was fun back in the day but that announcer isn't even close as awesome as glados!
