I read this last night, it is fascinating and hilarious, but also as someone currently working in the game industry, it's a touch depressing that no other studios function like this... We'd all have better games overall =\

I recall in some of their press releases (mostly portal 2 related ones) they either pretend they are Aperture or they are partnered with Aperture.

A valve IS a type of aperture....

BTW, did the person get fired who leaked it?

Just noticed that one of their methods of checking performance is called "Peer Review". Fancy that.

Also, yeah I hope that us reading this is not the sort of thing Valve would be unhappy for us to do.
