And i wounder what programe did the guy used for this.

I assume he used Maya. That's the easiest way to accomplish what was in that video.
Also, for future reference, only include the video code to post youtube vids, like this:

I did see this. He did use Maya, and good gog that is a realistic animation of Chell! Much better than Valve could make her walk in-game!

Well if valve wanted to limit the customer base to just those with high end pc's they could do that too but they are getting it better than HL 1

It's actually not that good of an animation. Her joints are really stiff and non-organic. Also, there was no reason to spend any time making Chell animate well in-game considering in a normal playthrough you'll see her total maybe 0.3 seconds...
