Hello people out there!
This is my first released Map done with the Levelcreator. I've tried Hammer before but had a few problems with textures, doors and so on...

Well, this map includes cubes, panels, lasers and some paint. I dont think its that hard to solve.
I would be happy if you tell me what you like and what you dont like so the next map will be even better

Some screenshots:

Version 1.1:
-make sure the cube behind the first panel comes back if destroyed
-added some light to give hints finding a hidden button and panel
Version 1.2:
-fixed the possibility of getting accidentally stuck in the laser room
Version 1.3:
-removed some light and fixed the lag
-now you cant get stuck anymore (i hope! )

Stuck in the laser room - not because of the laser puzzle, that's solved, but because the panel through which I entered closed and I can't get out anymore. Or am I missing something?

Edit: Wait - maybe it's because I went in there before I found out how to get the second laser cube in the starting room behind the fizzler. The way it is now, it's not needed to get in the laser room: Just drop the normal cube on the cube button and aim the laser around the side of it.

Thanks for your reply.

But I dont understand why the panel closed behind you. You have to enter the laser room like you said - no second laser cube needed. But if you do as you say the panel shouldnt close because there are no portals needed before entering the room...

Edit:
I think i fixed the possibility of getting stuck now.

I just tried it again and it worked flawlessly.

A nice map! There are only two small issues:

You can get stuck inside the small room with the cube button if you don't pay attention. But that's pretty much the start so reloading doesn't hurt too much.

I had some considerable lag throughout the map. Since the map is not that big all together, I assume the yellow light that you added in Hammer might be the problem.

Ok, I have a look and try to fix this, too!

And the lag... i dont know... i didnt add something with hammer... the yellow light is bound to the cube buttons... but maybe i can fix it somehow

Thanks again for playing and reviewing!

Really liked this map - a good puzzle requiring quite a bit of thought (though the solution was actually much simpler than all of the stuff I was trying...). My only real beef with it is that the room with the blue gel is really dark and I couldn't actually tell right away that the wall behind the dropper was portalable.

I actually liked the fact that this room is dark because the other two rooms are very white and bright... I think if i would add some light it would be too bright...
