Is it possible to make the layout of TWP more dynamic in width? I have to scroll every time because it does not fit on my screen.

I think that at the moment the layout is about 1024 px wide, making it smaller would make the whole layout messed up. (That is of course also the problem you're running into.)

Objects:
* Menu: if we make it less wide stuff just won't fit there anymore.
* User information: a lot of people enjoy an avatar, and basic info like username and stuff
* Post itself: could be dynamic, with the risk of getting messed up images and youtube movies.

So the only think we could possibly change is the size of the post but that's probably more work then it seems and we're already working on various upgrades on the website at the moment so I'm afraid it's low on our priority list, but it might be worth looking into it.

If it doesn't fit try:
* To increase your screen resolution
* zoom out to make everything smaller [Ctrl] + scroll or [Ctrl] + [-]

My screen resolution is at 1280x1024, but I have always the bookmark sidebar in. When I deactivate it, the page fits. This seems to be a general problem with my bookmark behaviour.

maybe consider moving your bookmark sidebar then?

I never had problems browsing these forums on my phone
