Hey everyone,

I am a lead member of the Table Flip Gaming channel, a live stream on Twitchtv. Recently, we've created a Youtube channel and one of the segments we do is called the Community Test Chamber Review in which I talk about various Portal 2 maps that have been created with the end result being a small boost in recognition for finely crafted test (hopefully.)

So far, only a few videos have been made, several maps coming from this website in particular. I was wondering if you guys had any ideas as to what you would like to see in a video review, and what you would hate to see. Any and all ideas are welcome, and map request are also encouraged.

I'm not sure about the link posting policy or the self-promotion aspect here, so I'm not going to include a link to the Youtube channel unless requested. Besides, I want you guys to feel like you're doing something other than adding to our viewer count.

Anyway, hope you have some ideas!
Thanks

Howdie there!

If you want to play through some of the best maps, make sure to check out the spotlight category here on thinkingwithportals.com! It contains some of the best maps around!

I took the liberty to do a quick search on youtube and found your two(?) video's. I kinda liked the videos, good to see some parts of a level but without too much spoilers, really nicely done.

Some advice:
Give actual ratings for
* The Style of the map.
* The puzzles.
* The Fun you had.

All in all not bad and I guess I'd like to see more

Awesome, thanks for the ideas! I'm not sure I have the authoritative voice to ascribe a numerical value to something that is largely opinion based, hence the lack of a score in the first two videos. But, I'm willing to do so for future episodes. Thanks again for your feedback (and special thanks to IpFreaky for looking up the videos.)

I wouldn't do the better for revisions and/or how could it be better in your video's.
I think it's more aimed at the player, how they are (or aren't) going to enjoy the map. Feedback on how a map can be improved is more for the author/creator. I would recommend just placing that in the thread here on twp or on the steam workshop and leave the review of the map more to the player.

You could mention small things like "despite fact that this map doesn't look superb, it's still a fun puzle!".

Just my two cents again
