You're not supposed to post them, that takes away the fun. And that list is outdated anyway, there's a bunch more.

There is no default for administrators. I have "Animal King" except right now I have a VDC joke. And GLaDOS has "Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operating System" as one would expect.

There's one or two other custom user ranks for old members. My favorite of which is Portalfan77's custom rank image:

If this is a try of making me pay, I have to disappoint you, beacause I don't think you need euros. Also, I don't have PayPal.
