There seems to be something that is wiping out forum permissions. I'm looking into this now. If anyone ever notices that you are unable to view specific boards, or unable to view any boards at all as a guest, please report it to me immediately ([email protected]). Thanks.

Well, I guess I could log off and see if anything strange happens when accessing the forums as a guest.

Someone said that certain boards (Portal 2 SP, Workshop) weren't showing up for registered users. Basically just let me know if there's anything weird with forum permissions. I think I fixed it but we'll have to see how it plays out.
