Well, I guess now is as good a time as any to introduce myself. I'm Wanderer 2021, aka Nohbdy: The Last of None on steam. I occasionally release some 'interesting' maps, though more often than not they are broken, since I don;t usually have play testers beyond myself. This last one I learned from the last 4 mistakes, so no more horribly broken maps. Anyway, I'm a 3d artist, and I try to bring my artistic eye into my maps.

Hey, I've been on TWP for a while, but I was downgraded for some reason. I'm a a speed runner, so my maps are either bug free, or full of speed runner bugs. I used to be a defective turret, but now I'm not even a full time employee. I guess I did I something wrong. I can work my way back up, right?

Guess I'll introduce myself here too... I started playing Portal 1 & 2 just 3 weeks ago, and joined this forum a bit before so I could easily find the quality maps.
I may be doing blindruns once I figured out how to let source recorder make avi's that are not 500 MB for 3 minutes in lowest resolution and awful quality.

Hi, I'm Mr Waterhandle. I've only gotten Portal 1 and 2 this year, but before PetI came out. At that point I was well on my way to having watched every coopcrowd video (right now I have) : |

Because I need to do something at work. I'm fairly sure I had played Portal: Prelude and Portal Pro at that point too. So I wasn't entirely new to custom content.

Anyway, been making PetI maps since it came out, will probably start cracking Hammer at some point. I have a topic on the Steam user forums where I post maps with pictures and designer notes so it looks semi professional, although not that many people seem to care anyway. I like playing other people's maps and groaning at the most popular maps, but I'm a sucker and still hope they're not bland and easy as hell when I subscribe to them. There are exceptions, of course. Thank someone for those.

I'm Kevans, been playing portal for awhile. I'm kind of here to advertise myself a little, and play some maps too.

I've been trying to do my best at making a Custom portal 2 maps series that plays the PeTI maps and stuff. I've actually found the maps clearly edited in hammer more fun that what PeTI provided. So yeah, I'm here to play levels and post videos, and try to stay active. I wouldn't mind if you guys linked your maps for me to play and record.

So yeah, little egotistic introduction, but how could you really avoid it?

Try the collection page for xontest entries. they should keep you busy for a while. Feel free to head to the contest download page for people who didn't/couldn't submit to the workshop.

Also, can we get rid of the "only here for the contest" ranks? Submissions are done.

I play portal 2, I frankly like it, and i love to test new challenges, and try to map some of my own. I went here mostly because of maps and the Hammer board.
Not epic enough :/

Hmm...? I didn't notice theres such thread exist, well, I'm RectorRocks (obviously...?) and I enjoy playing Portal 2 and making Portal 2 custom maps. I don't quite like PTI, I don't know why but I find it harder to use than Hammer. I guess I use too much Hammer :/
Why I'm here? I wanted to find custom maps to play when I'm bored but then I found out that theres a topic thread created automatically, a user rank system, rating, and friendly users and administrators in here, its the perfect forum! So I soon decided to join in and create maps for the forum. Hopefully you'll enjoy it. Thanks!
