Aperture Science Logo as Vector graphic?
Posted Aug 08, 2012
I am designing a Aperture-Office-styled poster, which has a central importance in a map of my mappack. I am using Inkscape. (Nothing more professional available)
But what nags me, is that I can't find the Aperture logo with the corresponding "Aperture science laboratories"-writing as .svg anywhere on the internet. I have already extracted the logo from loading_screen_default_b1. However, that is a bitmap and missing the "Laboratories".
Those loading screens which show the "Laboratories"-writing, on the other hand, have a glow effect around the logo, what makes it impossible to extract anything sharp out of them.

Must it be a .svg file? I only have a .png file with a transparent background. xP

Can this be accepted? xD

I'll trace you a vector in Adobe illustrator.
After I eat breakfast.

Here you go. It's not perfect - at larger sizes the characters look a little curvy. At a smaller size, your eyes won't notice the difference.
It's 1200x2400, I hope that is large enough for you.
