Sparks that Shouldn't Be There

I think it has something to do with the fact that it looks like it's at the global origin, but I have no clue how to get rid of it. Any ideas? Thanks
In one of the 2D views, draw a square around your whole map, just like you can do in the Windows Explorer when you want to select many files with the mouse. Then, in the other 2D views, drag out the edges of the square so that it includes the whole map from the different viewpoint as well. Then, press "Enter" to select everything inside this square. Now you can move everything that is selected just like you would single entities or brushes. Depending on the size of your map, this procedure might be a bit laggy.

That's probably the best way to go. Dragging the entire map can get your map off grid.

I have noticed that sometimes in the retail levels you get this kind of glitch.
Where have you seen these. I haven't noticed a single one in my entire time playing it.
