So apparently I got a map that during the env_fade, disabled my crosshairs (To make it look more like a fade, when every other fade has had my crosshairs, FFS), and now I don't know how to re-enable it.

I had the problem once too.
You can manually change portal config file ( config.cfg). In there you have a variable called "crosshairs" followed by either "0" (disabled) or "1" (enabled).

Just change this

Open you console using the ~ key and type "crosshair 1".
