Is there any custom signage for it? If there's not, is it possible that anyone could make one?

Well, since the Steampipe change, there is a pak01_dir.VPK into your SteamApps/Common/portal/portal folder 
.
You have it into the folder /signage and it's called signage_overlay_cake
