Well to be completely honest Black and White sucked, it was too short and they forced the shitty new things ( not all are bad) down our throughts. However I must be honest Black and White 2 was 10 times better than the originals, even if I did play it in Japanese first and didn't understand the dialogue. Still though, it was a great game. You can tell I'm a huge Pokemon fan.

I personally haven't gone higher than Platinum. (HeartGold is a remake, so it doesn't really count)

i've played Firered, Leafgreen, Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, and Heartgold.

Mine too! I was so glad I was able to battle the Gym Leaders in Black 2 and White 2. The song remixes for all the regions' Gyms and champions were awesome too!

I think Blue's (Green's for Japan) is the best champion remix with Steven's/Wallace's being a close second, and being as much of Hoenn fan as I am I love the Hoenn Gym theme most.

Do I need a 3DS to play these or have they been sensible and let people play them on a DSi?

EDIT: Oh, Japan release only so far.
