I thought the ideas were interesting. Especially moving the block up along the wall and ceiling.
I didn't really see the point of small room at the beginning (the one after the sign). Perhaps it was just to show the effects of the vent for those who've never seen it before?
Overall, nice map.
Brilliant! I never would of thought of using the pneumatic diversity vents in that fashion. Nice looking map as well, good work!
The use of O gel was good, and suction use was creative. Haven't seen too many puzzles with suction - good....Thanks for creating.
Dude, nice work. I'm also working on using gels in combination with pneumatic diversity vents, didn't think too many people would use that. Very creative, also with dragging the cube over the wall and ceiling.
Short, but really good.
Oh, the suction vent was for dragging the cube along the walls and ceiling huh? I just threw the cube, lol...
There are not many people using suction vents in their maps now, and your using them make this map very special. I love the dragging-cube part. 5/5. Creative one!
Brilliant concept map which shows how Vents can make for useful puzzle elements, not just turret killing. See if you can make the glass cage higher, to discourage cube throwers: also, one dotted line from the button to the dropper.
Try it and bag the knowledge: the other map to check for inventive vents is Fast Bridge:
[Coop] Fast Bridge - Contest Version
Absolutely genius. Could have had more chambers but other than that, pure awesome.
Very clever use of gratings and vents.
Screenshots (the silly kind)

It's all about the angle of the floor portal.

I'm playing custom maps and record my first time of playing them. So the run is not perfect and may not use only intended ways, but maybe it can let you see how other people may understand the map or you could just enjoy someone playing this map for entertainment.
Anyways, here is the recording:

Really inventive use of an otherwise stale mechanic; had you been working for Valve, I'm not sure they would have cut the vents from the final campaign after all. The only complaint I have is with the graphics - the orange gel didn't seem affected by lighting at all, and when I shot a portal, a portal-shaped "drop shadow" would appear in the space as it was opening up. But as Xdiesp mentioned, it works as a concept map, and I can't wait to see more levels put this mechanic to use!
This was quite a fun map. I do think it needs a couple of auto-saves though. I fell in the water near the end and had to start over.
nice job !
