Description
A single and very easy coop map with repulsion gel. This is probably my least thought out puzzle but i realized it when it was too late and i didn't have the heart to just delete it. I hope you have some fun with it.

I enjoyed this map, clean style, good size room, bit short, not too hard
4/5 : Great!
Few things: That last fling bounce part was quite annoying
I kept failing down.
I feel like I cheated By shooting a portal from the lowest floor to the ceiling in the small room above the cube dropper room, or was this intended?

Thats why its called Paint Alone ;D
Just add a button that has to be pressed so you can get gel... That way you solved the solo problem

A floor button which has to be activated at the same time as the normal button?

Good idea.

omfg, can I revoke my vote? 3 Points for a ...pseudo-coop-map... too much. :/
I played "Paint alone" with PortalCombat yesterday. We found a solution, but we think it wasn't the intended way.

And everyone is going to see that now!
There is the blindrun I had with lpfreaky90. lpfreaky90 is doing the role of Picasso here!

I am NOT!
I love just good and clean maps. Not a coop map which is actually for single player...

The puzzle is easier and more fun when solved in coop. Doing it alone means you have to do the same thing again and again so its better for coop. If you still want to bitch after this please suck a dick and stop complaining and making a fuss over a simple easy, nothing special map because it din't meet your high quality standards.

Here it is!!!
omg
...we haven't found the intended solution ...but it's so simple. ^^
so we have played v1.3 now and this time it was enjoyable and good coop-gameplay.
I think you did a good job on fixing the shortcuts on the map.
At least I was not able to find any shortcuts anymore.
Thanks for mapping and please keep goin!
btw: I love the design of the map.

Thanks a lot
The next maps are gonna be far better.
Well, we couldn't figure out what caused this, but my partner and I figured everything out however when we painted the walls with bouncy goo for bouncing up to the exit door, it never reached high enough to get onto that ledge. It was covering about 2/3 of the wall instead. It could've just been a glitch with our playthrough, but we finished all other aspects of the puzzle. I checked the other guy's video (previous versions of your map, but still solvable the right way) and it appeared that they had the same issue with it not painting the full wall and they jumped from the top level off of some goo to bounce to the exit prior to you adding the glass panels to block that solution.
Good clean, fun map otherwise. Just would've been nice to actually be able to finish it first shot.

I really dont understand how so many people did the same mistake. Why haven't you tried to get the paint into an infinite loop and then launch it? Its not like the infinite fall panels are hidden. The people i play tested with had no problem figuring it out so excuse me if i accidentally made the map too hard. I really thought it was very simple.
Game crashes when I try to start this map. Other maps work fine. Anyone else having this problem?

No one is reporting this problem and it doesn't happen to me. I tested with 3 people and it works fine. Its probably a version mismatch. Download it again both you and your partner and it should work.

Did you put the gel in an infinite acceleration?

Wow, that would make sense I suppose. Just one of those things where if you've never had to do it before, you don't think of doing at the time. Makes complete sense, and I should've known. Thats what we get for playing your map last in the evening. We're old and get tired at 10pm, lol. :-p Thanks for the heads up. That was one of the better built "clean" maps that we've not finished too of the 80-90 we've play-tested together.
Nice map. I love compact maps that incorporate a few unique "skills". Still gets 5 stars from me!
Bouncy gel maps are often a problem for me, because I always seem to bounce the wrong way. On this one, I only suffered one unintended bounce into a ceiling, and it didn't matter. My brother and I had fun figuring it out. We actually solved it backwards, finding the path to the exit, then the button for the exit, then getting the cube. Short and fairly simple, with clean looks that don't get covered with blue goo. 4/5 from us.
Easy, clean, kinda short, but we liked it.
For some stupid reason we liked the cube-cleaning-sign more than we should have
4/5
