My cube slid off slightly off the button at the last second the first playthrough. I had no choice but to restart the whole thing. That was frustrating.
There were a few visual things I noticed, like only a few elbow indicator lights. One elbow light I found looked smooshed. And the emancipation grill.. even if the official game maps, if there are any that are taller than the standard emitter, it just looks better to make multiple fields, tiled, that none are taller than the emitters. ie. You had a grill that was two emitters tall, so there should be two separate grills, one on top of the other. Again, its just cosmetic, but its how Valve does it in their maps.
Puzzle itself was decent. The first part, I'm not crazy about those types of solutions. The whole "oh theres a few pixels I can just barely see to put a portal on" vs everything is right out in the open and you just have to wrap your brain around it to solve it.
Good intentions all around, but this one might be trying to bite off more than it can chew: the idea of future behind the scenes is there, but it's just too rough - clashing textures and big structures don't resemble anything seen in the game. No need to change the entire map layout, just get references so players know what they're looking at.
On the puzzle front, part 1 doesn't make a proper work of welcoming you: on the other side, the cube bowling was instead a really neat idea.

This, and I think the map was a bit large. I think it could be scaled down a bit because it took forever to walk across.
That aside, the puzzle's pretty good.
I'm playing custom maps and record my first time of playing them. So the run is not perfect and may not use only intended ways, but maybe it can let you see how other people may understand the map or you could just enjoy someone playing this map for entertainment.
Anyways, here is the recording:

While not entirely original, the cube air hockey mechanic was a welcome change from the usual game mechanics. I agree with others that this map really needs downsizing; aiming the laser cube was unnecessarily tricky from that distance. The map has an unusual aesthetic, as well, a kind of "abandoned while under construction" look. 4/5 from me.
