Don't know if you wanted feedback, but here it is

FEEDBACK
- It's way to easy to lock a cube or yourself in a room
- All you do is press buttons and move cubes
- Textures are bland and boring
- No frames around the doors
- Big cracks in the walls
- The ending has a fade out, then everything comes back to normal and then you exit the map
- The gameplay is uninteresting and boring
- Almost no use for the portal gun
- No indicator lights

Well, this map wasn't good. It was short, uninteresting to play and not appealing to the eye. But it's a work in progress I know...

I really tried to find something nice to say about this map but I didn't come up with anything else than "I played it".

I recorded my blind playthrough for you. There is a lot of work still to be done on this. I'm no expert mapper, but here's what I saw:

  1. Doors need to be faired into walls
  2. Gaps in walls
  3. Laser emitter and catcher need to be recessed into wall
  4. Same texture almost everywhere, the few different ones are poorly placed (e.g. asymmetric)
  5. No proper start or end (you might as well start learning to use instances now, it will make your maps and time spent better)
  6. Non-puzzle. At least put the laser catcher on the ceiling of the first side room, make us do at least some work!

I was gonna upload my playthrough but I think this pretty much says it all in a fraction of the time...

I mean... Aside from the fact that it was a fullbright map with holes in the walls, the 'puzzle' took me 1 minute, 10 seconds to 'complete' (half of that was spent admiring your handywork) and just wasn't in any way fun. It was like playing the first 20 seconds of Portal 1 and then faceplanting a wall and getting a Thanks For Playing! message. I feel like my IQ may have dropped by 5-10 points after playing this.
