Description

A single-player map with turrets, lasers, and a few faith-plates and excursion funnels with a maze twist! I might add on to this map later or modify the puzzles, but for now, this is what I've got. Version 1.2 update: Fixed the player spawn problem

The point is that usually .bsp files are rather big files
If you want to upload a map here, add it to an archive like .zip, .rar or .7z =)

by the way: how am I supposed to open this file anyways

Please update the submission and upload a valid .bsp or .vpk (wrapped into any compression like *.zip) within a few hours or I'll have to take it down.

In Hammer there was an option to export as .dxf. I don't even know what that file is. I uploaded the .bsp file in a ZIP folder. Hopefully that will work.

anyways: onto the map!
I have no idea how to solve it!
I found the big faithplate, found the tube to the exit, but there is no way to shoot a portal under the exit... so...
Oh and I got stuck twice upstairs;)

well, just about nothing seems to work yet.. I spawned with a portal gun in the middle of the floor.. had to noclip out.. I was also in the "middle" of the map..

Did you playtest this at all? Neither the spawn points, nor the turrets work at all. And that's just what you can see in the first 3 seconds of the map

I'll start working on that. The turrets don't work because if you start at the beginning of the map, none of the turrets are on. There's a button that you push that lets you start the level and turns the turrets on. I'll try to get that fixed. Also, if you get to a dead end, that means you've finished what there currently is in the map. Notice how it's in the "Work in Progress" section. It's not finished yet.
