Positive Discouragement - Chamber 03
"Positive Discouragement" is a small map pack that I'm working on. I decided that I might as well upload this to TWP, instead of having it sit around on my computer until I finish all the maps, but I'm not going to upload it to the Workshop until they're all done. So for now, you'll have to do it the old-fashioned way! ====== Everyone wrote:"Hey! What's going on? Where's Chamber 02?" This chamber was going to be the second chamber, and it involved light bridges. I then realized that I'd made a map-breaking mistake in the design and it was impossible to solve. Then I figured something out, but it made the map more difficult. Moreso than the "third" chamber. So this chamber took it's place. The name is still disc_02, and the new Chamber 2 will be disc_03. This may cause a bit of confusion. Sorry about that.
Forest Temple
I decided to bring a fantastic puzzle game together with an incredible puzzle game to make something that would (hopefully) turn out spectacular -- you can be the judge of that. This is a full-scale recreation of the Forest Temple from the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time with Portal 2 puzzles scattered about. My goal was to make the map in such a way that a player with only knowledge of Portal 2 mechanics could play the map just like any other, while Zelda fans would feel that their surroundings were familiar. Forsaken Chambers
These are the 1st and 2nd puzzles in a series I'm working on called "The Forsaken Chambers", which takes place in an old facility of the more 'elite' testing initiatives. Puzzles will usually contain few elements, but you will have to use the hell out of them to solve it. For those who followed these maps in [WIP], nothing new here - just the Easter Egg in map 002 that I mentioned in the previous thread. Now that my finals are done I should 'actually' be uploading more content. School/work/life takes up so much time T_T I will give cake to the first person who reaches the Easter Egg in map 002 without cheats / glitches. This task requires ninja skills of an elite variety. (will not actually give cake. That is logistically difficult) --- Feedback is very much welcome! Please don't hesitate to criticize / praise, as well as share solutions (hidden, of course) to help out your fellow testers.
