Looking at this, I think it was a mistake to use the lowres model. I thought it looked similar to the Beta cube, but it doesn't, because it's lowres.

dude, if you want to record videos with no lag, try out srcdemo2. It can take a long time but the final product is really nice looking.

This guy says that the old cube texture already exists in the game. Does anyone know which one it is? I think it might be the fizzler cube model thing, but I'm not sure.
