Are you sure you have Portal for steam?

Or he put the models in the wrong place, it looks like he may be German or something.

We don't support piracy nor do we help people who buy pirated games. Portal is $20, support Valve and their great games. Thanks.

I lol'd

We should paint the banhammer green.

By the way, is it just me, or do the actual levels of Still Alive look awfully much like those of the original Portal? Or are those only the first few levels?

This is a great map pack, but my problem is I forget I have it and it mostly goes untouched. I honestly would have liked to see you make a MOD instead of a map-pack simply because it puts the icon up on the games list. I know many people have differing opinions of what qualifies as a MOD, but for me if I can have that icon on my games list I will play a game many more times than having to remember it as a map-pack.

For comparison, I've played this map-pack once, but I've already played through Prelude several times and probably will play several more. I found both to be very well-done and enjoyable, its just Prelude gives me the reminder and quick access to the game through the form of an icon.

Alright, enough of that. Great portal levels and congrats on being ported over to the 360! Always a sign of hard work paying off.

I get the red errors just like 'wiifan' does. But unlike him, I bought my Portal game from Best Buy via the orange box. So I have the Half-Life series and Team Fortress 2 as well. Why would I be getting those errors?

You need CSS for the Truck.

The tipoff is the fact that the path for the missing files includes "de_nuke", a CS:S map.

Well get a friend with CSS and ask him for the model, or buy CSS for $10.

The model comes with the pack, make sure you installed it correctly like in the readme file.

It works now. No more red errors. I had the model folder in the wrong place.

The Portal: The Flash Version Map-Pack was, indeed excellent, but with it's share of problems. The levels were great re-creations of the original and was well worth my time. There were some problems that annoyed me a lot, though. You didn't actually re-create it level from level; you left some out and added some random tests in their place. At some point, the levels became mazes and frustrating if anything else. They weren't fun at all. If you had a way of seeing where you were and where you were going it wouldn't have been a problem. Things such as the panels not allowing Portal placements until they had moved, didn't bother me though: I was happy that you were able to give the pistons the same functions as the ones in the flash version. Too bad that you couldn't make the turrets revivable though... that would have been fun.

I don't understand why you say you need Half-Life 2 in order to play it, I don't own it and the only problem I had was (this might have just been some glitch) Mecha-GLaDOS didn't shoot energy pellets at me like she should have... I could even see that alien ship at the end of the game.

The boss battle was great though, and really suspenseful. Running away from Mecha-GLaDOS proved to be very annoying though, as I had no idea if I was supposed to go that way or this way.

Good so far, but I don't have HL2 and I don't want to get it just for this pack, so could you pack the materials into the pack? Anyways, great job!
EDIT: I had the same problem as Caden, making it impossible to finish the map without noclipping to the Broken Mecha-Destroyer room.

If you have Portal or the Source SDK you have the necessary materials, you can use the contentporter to find them.

Ah, I only have the Portal 2 Authoring Tools, not Source SDK.
