I'm aware the header would probably be kinda big on smaller screens, if it followed the view down. I'm just not sure how to make a sidebar that looks good. Someone want to make a mock-up?
Maybe we could make a sliding-up top header, you know, you could hover the top of the page wherever you are, and it would slide down.

I myself have never been a fan of hover-down menus.
Call me of fashioned, but I miss the days where you'd use a mouse on your computer, and have boxy, clearly defined buttons on every wep page. Particularly wiki's
But, those days are fading fast. I am not using a mouse, but my own fingers on an iPad.

You're so of fashioned.
I'll think about it. I hadn't considered the growing touch-only market, but I'll try to come up with something that'll work good for everyone. Again, though, if anyone wants to make a mockup it'll gladly be accepted
I have a request of the utmost urgency.
I require a smiley to be added to the forum. it looks like this: ![]()
it would be added by using the phrase, ":v"
I expect administrators to devote all of their resources into this very important and serious request.
The emoticon doesn't make that very clear

what is :v supposed to represent?
The emoticon doesn't make that very clear
here is a picture, displaying what :v means

note the duck is there. in many ways, :v is the shape of a duck mouth shape, but on peoples.
if anyone thinks they can make a better one: ![]()
I also have an alternate :v face: ![]()
How's this?

Is basically what you seem to be after.

That
Is PERFECT.
but I think the other should get in to. Under something like [duck]
But that smiley is perfect for :v. Do want :v
works for small v and big V
also
And what about the derpvampire at the bottom of one of the last two pages? Is that going in? I kinda like it
