Here's a couple of pictures of the 2nd chamber of my 2nd map, called Dedication. This chamber still needs to be playtested.

Now to begin work on the 3rd and final chamber...

I just find something weird-looking about those black tiles. Is there some lighting issue causing them to come up as so highly contrasting, or are you using a different texture to what was typically used in the game maps?

I don't know 100% sure but that sometimes happen when you use "vertex" versions of the materials that are usually used for models.

Why isn't there a lot of custom map outside?

The flying tiles are a glitch. There should be a panel there.
Also, it's pretty empty. It's just the beggining of the project.

Vertex textures are quite useless. They are used for changed lighting. Dark room, then turn lights on. Normal textures stays black, but vertext textures receives the lighting. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Here's a picture of a map I'm making called "Treat." The picture I posted earlier is my other map called "Trick." I bet you can tell what they're for.

I was randomly mapping on Source SDK on HDR... After some moment that thing come out.I am don't completely sure i gonna ccomplete that thing.Extreme WIP.

Here is a remake of a map I made a little less than a year ago for Portal 1 that I never got around to releasing, so I figured its about time I got around to doing so. So I am adding it to the release of "Secondary Fire". So enjoy this image:

PS. I've always wanted to try changing the font color, and it is AMAZING!

I was hoping somebody would notice and I can't wait for Blue Portals: Refresh I love the look of the blue wall tiles.

I always wondered about blue portals... why the stone? It looks very out of place.

The cobblestone developed back in March of last year, when we were giving Blue Portals a makeover from the map pack. We needed a new non-portal surface that was easy to notice, and clearly obvious that they can't hold a portal. The white tiles connected the warmness concrete with the dark non-portal surfaces. Why I made metal tiles on the cobblestone before, I have no idea, looking back.

But in Refresh, each chamber has its own color, replacing any white concrete texture. We are going for a 'Wacky, Fresh, But Still Blue Portals.' look, and how we do that may change.

P.S Blue Portals: Refresh should be for Portal 2 or Blue Portals 2
