Or use the version in CSGO which is a lot more HD, has proper animations, and even has jigglebones.

NO.

WE WILL PARENT THE POOR QUALITY MODEL TO SOMETHING, ATTACH A BUNCH OF SOUNDS TO IT, AND WE WILL CALL IT "CLUCKY THE LOW-DEF CHICKEN."

My first in-game editor map, I don't count it as my "first released map" though, since my first one will be...well... made in hammer of course...

Several ways to solve the puzzle, fun map in my opinion, try it out please!

Cubology

Cubology [Advanced]

Cubology [Impossible]

My first puzzles published ever. I'm pretty happy with the results and will try to recreate them in hammer. Note that the impossible version has never been solved. Ever.

I may release it with only these 3 maps. I'm worried anymore maps will feel forced, and slopped together.

Advanced versions and a Sixense Version are still possible

Where is a good place to find inspiration for puzzle or just chamber designs in general?

By inspiration I meant level design for memorable chambers. And I tried the puzzle generator 2 weeks ago and i don't know, but it didn't help me

Well my inspiration works on a buildup effect.

  1. make ONE obstacle to door.
  2. add obstacle to prevent obstacle 1.
  3. continue 2 until at least 4 elements in the way but no more then 8.
  4. redo 1-4 until at least 2 elements prevent door access.
  5. voila! Test Chamber!

I don't dislike my own generator, what I disliked was that the PTI pretty much makes it obsolete.

Add AFP to the list of elements, also in the elements key, Energy Balls and launchers are not flagged as P1 only-

BEST PUZZLE EVER

Ok.

Eye is a projected texture, and is parented to glados, which is parented to a func_tank. It's really creepy the first time you see it

Well you mapped me. Congratulations. Because despite your violent behavior, the only thing you've managed to break so far - is level geometry. Now, I have a surprise for you.

Is that from P:AAK?

This is an old picture, in the final your eye should be able to spy all 4 cores
